1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using the DSEC OS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deca Dev Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
DSEC OS is a security-first application hosting platform built on hardened Linux infrastructure. The platform provides container hosting, security policy enforcement, and infrastructure management tools.
The platform is currently in a pre-release early access stage. Features, capabilities, and availability may change without notice as we continue development. Early access participants understand that they are using a platform that is under active development.
3. Early Access Programme
Participation in the DSEC OS early access programme is by invitation or approved request only. Early access is provided to allow organisations to evaluate the platform and provide feedback. During the early access period:
- The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without uptime guarantees or formal SLAs.
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and communicate planned maintenance.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features during the early access period.
- Feedback provided by early access participants may be used to improve the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the DSEC OS platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Maintain the security of your access credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the platform.
- Not use the platform to host content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
For platform users: you retain ownership of all data you store on the DSEC platform. We do not access, analyse, or sell your data. Our platform is designed to keep your data under your control, on your infrastructure.
7. Sovereign Infrastructure
DSEC OS is deployed on hardware owned and controlled by the client organisation. Deca Dev Ltd provides setup, configuration, and ongoing support services, but does not retain access to client infrastructure once handover is complete unless explicitly agreed for support purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deca Dev Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
